Where does US-Mattress Deliver?
We deliver anywhere in the continental 48 states that is road accessible.
While we do not deliver internationally at this time, we can deliver to your US-based freight forwarder if you have those arrangements in place. Army Post Office (APO), Fleet Post Office (FPO), and Post Office Box addresses are not accepted.

How Long Does Delivery Take?
- For standard mattresses, most products are directly shipped from the vendor. Customers are contacted within 2-3 weeks to schedule your personalized delivery!
- For mattress in a box purchases, most are shipped in 2-3 days!
- For the Serta Hotel Collection, this is a completely custom ordered set that, in most cases, takes between 4-6 weeks to produce & deliver. They are only made in one plant located in Detroit, Michigan. Because these beds are unlike the vast majority of beds, being that they're two sided, Serta only makes them when they are ordered and when they have enough to produce as they must shut down all of their other production to produce these beds.

- Free Doorstep Delivery on all Mattress-in-a-box purchases or any mattress purchase over $899 (Serta Hotel Collection Excluded)
- Premium WHITE GLOVE delivery service which includes complete in-home setup & haul away of an old mattress set!
Will US-Mattress Haul Away my old bed?
Yes, we do offer this service! Please make sure to select the "In Home Delivery, Setup, and Haul-Away" option at checkout.
How is my delivery scheduled?
Once your mattress arrives at the final mile carrier, you will be contacted via the phone number that you placed your order with. Once you receive that call, you are able to personalize your delivery date according to what works with your schedule!
For Mattress-in-a-box purchases, the mattress will be left in a safe space on your doorstep via UPS/FEDEX.
How can I track my order?
Tracking numbers are uploaded into the system as soon as they are available and whenever possible. These can be accessed via the email you used to place your order. If you're having trouble, please feel free to reach out via the Live Chat or give us a call at 1-800-455-1052.
What is a Mattress Recycling Fee?

These fees help cover the costs associated with recycling mattresses, which can be challenging due to their size and materials. By implementing these fees, states aim to reduce the amount of mattresses ending up in landfills and promote responsible disposal practices to protect the environment. State law requires these fees to be paid upfront, regardless if you have an old mattress to recycle or not. This fee varies on a state-by-state basis.
